Chef Andrei (Andrei Chebeko) was born in St. Petersburg (Russia) into a family of descendants of the Don Cossacks. His father was a teacher, and his mom worked as a dentist.
After earning his Master Degree from the College in St. Petersburg (Russia), Andrei started his career in one of the most famous restaurants in the city. Later, he became an executive chef of the restaurant.
Andrei was operating in many upscale restaurants in Europe and worked as a private chef for European celebrities.
In 1990 Andrei moved to the United States and got the position of the chef in the one of the most popular Russian restaurants in New York City. Later, he moved to Sarasota, Florida where he was working as the executive chef/manager in the famous Field Club of Sarasota for more than 10 years.
As a talented professional, Andrei was always interested in International Cuisine. He learned a lot from the famous chefs. This allowed him mastering his skills in Asian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, and to learn secrets of Middle Asian and Caucasian cuisines. Chef Andrei is not only a high-level professional who is dedicated to his work. He has a great personality and can create that special warm and entertaining atmosphere that makes any event special.
